How are the fabrics sold?

The price is for 1 unit. 1 unit = 25 cm; 2 units = 50 cm; 3 units = 75 cm; 4 units = 1 m, etc. The fabric will be cut in one continuous piece if you buy more than 1 unit. For ribbons and cords, 1 unit = 1 m.

How can I pay?

Payment is by card, or in cash if the delivery option is collection from the shop (C/ Dues Soles, 2, 08500 Vic).

How is the order delivered?

Delivery can be made to your home, through the courier company ENVIALIA, or you can collect your order from the physical shop at number 2 Dues Soles street in Vic.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €8 across mainland Spain, and is free for purchases over €60. Balearic Islands: please enquire.

How long does an order take?

3 to 7 days at most from the date of purchase.

Can I return a product?

Returns will not be accepted for unsealed or tampered products, nor for products that have been cut or prepared specifically for the customer. To make a return, you must notify marta@telamarinera.cat within 14 days, briefly explaining the reason.
